Rosalie Wannes

Rosalie Wannes is the founder and principal lawyer of Wannes Law Professional Corporation. She is passionate about helping clients navigate legal matters with confidence by providing clear advice, practical solutions, and responsive communication.

Rosalie practices primarily in Real Estate Law, Wills & Estates, Estate Administration and Estate Accounting, Corporate Law, and Immigration Law. Whether you are buying or selling a home, planning your estate, administering an estate, starting a business, or making Canada your new home, Rosalie is committed to making the legal process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Rosalie believes that every client deserves to understand their legal options. She takes the time to explain each step of the process, answer questions, and provide personalized guidance from beginning to end.

During law school, Rosalie was an active member of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers (CARL) and volunteered with a refugee clinic in Ottawa. She completed her articles at a Toronto law firm practicing in Real Estate, Immigration, and Wills & Estates before founding Wannes Law Professional Corporation.

Rosalie was the recipient of multiple academic and leadership awards, including the Scholarship in Civil Litigation, the Gordon Cressy Award for Student Leadership, and the Scholarship in Social Sciences, recognizing her commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and community involvement.

Rosalie founded Wannes Law with one goal in mind: to provide clients with honest legal advice, exceptional service, and clear communication—with you every step of the way.

Outside of her legal practice, Rosalie was a pitcher for Team Ontario’s National Girls Baseball Team and is a former Level III Baseball Canada Umpire. She enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, fishing and golfing whenever she has the opportunity, and giving back to her local community through volunteerism and mentorship.
